My name is David Elvin and the instructor was matt. Terrible experience I had a so called instructor who belittled me,made fun of me,swore at me and tried to micro manage every bit of driving I was doing. My treatment was so bad I had three days training booked and had to cancel two as they were so bad. I tried to contact the director of the company to make a complaint but got no response through emails and phone calls.i know this is the correct company as the instructor I had Matt is featured in the photos on your website. Would not recommend.
I managed to pass my class 1, class 2 and CPC at my first attempt and I cant thank Matt from Emms enough for helping me to do so.I genuinely felt that Matt wanted me to pass as much as I did. All the training was focused to my needs and to develop my weaknesses and build my confidence.
Passed my class 1 with emms first time thanks to the instructor Matt. I would highly recommend this place if your considering class 2 or class 1.
