Very good food
Famous Sam's... Famous for what? Robbing Customers!! Ordered through Just Eat to be delivered at 5.45pm. Fully paid for it online at time of ordering. Never arrived by 6.15pm so contacted restaurant to be told it had already been delivered. I explained they must have delivered it to the wrong address. They were adamant that we had already had it and put the phone down on me. Refused to send out the order again and refused to refund. I ended up having to contact Just Eat directly. All they are bothered about is getting your money from Just Eat despite delivering your food to the wrong address. Owner/manager hung up when we asked for the food to be delivered again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD DELIVERING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.Terrible customer service.
Order is never right, they need to get rid of that woman who gets every order wrong or half your order is missing. Charging you for what you ask for but giving you the cheaper options so basically ripping you off. Won't be ordering again.
I normally order from here everyever week, the food took 2 hours to come, I called them up an hour and half after ordering and got told "we are really busy with big orders yours will be the next ones to get cooked" it takes 2 minutes to call and say we are running late as a matter of courtesy but I didn't even get that. When it did finally arrive the dough was under baked and the filling was non existent. In the calzone, obviously just thrown together. They have lost me as a customer.
Just had a kebab wrap with chips my wife wanted it without chips but still gave her them when she said she didn't want them he practically threw a pound at her and took the chips back, the wrap was terrible we asked for very salad with very little onion and the did the opposite I'm sure they used a full onion between us it totally spoilt it. I think its the last time we will buy food from there after buying from them for years
