Staff are always friendly and ready to help locate items in the vast stock. Everything a potter or ceramicist could need in this compact place.
Products are competitively priced and they offer a comprehensive range, however the standard of customer service leaves much to be desired (Im interested that some have left good reviews on customer service, is it personal I wonder? ) If CTM were my business I would employ staff who really knew about the products they were involved in selling and also ideally possess a modicum of people skills. They also dont open until 10am, a problem if you run a business yourself.
